چکیده
The case report aims to highlight a rare entity called gliomatosis peritonei. We of 23-year-old female presenting with an ovarian mass along multiple omental nodules. On histopathological examination, the was diagnosed as mature cystic teratoma and nodules showed features Gliomatosis peritonei is characterized by peritoneal or implants glial tissue. GFAP (Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein) positive in exceptional finding requires long term follow up patient.
